Other places to find my work on the Internet
Weblog. 2009-2013 writing. Hosted on Blogger. Before international calling was easier I used this as a one-to-many update when abroad on a school trip and occasionally added other writing after that. Photo posting spun off into Flickr and Instagram, data visualizations spun off into MBA coursework.
Newsletter (no longer works). Photos of espresso and espresso-based drinks. Hosted on Revue and shut down January 2023. The tagline was clever: an espresso newsletter, give it a shot. Looked into how Twitter integrated with Revue, its subscription offerings, and how the product marketed its differentiation in a saturated space. A good learning not to keep important information hosted on others’ sites and a reminder of the value of my own website. I’ll look into what I’d like to do to bring that information onto this page and put this updates on this blog post. I’m glad I tried it out and used low-stakes assets. It performed about as well as I thought at the time I set it up.
